Frederick Office
Our main office is located on Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick, Maryland. Our 10,000 square-foot facility hosts twenty-four patient exam rooms, a full retail store, on-site x-rays, ultrasounds, and administrative offices. We expanded into this location in 2014.
Urbana Office
Our first satellite office is located in the Frederick Health Hospital Urbana building, and has allowed us to serve southern Frederick County and Montgomery County since 2011. We offer the same clinical and retail services as our main office, in a convenient location right off of I-270 and Route 355.
MARTINSBURG OFFICE​
“Our newest satellite office is located in Martinsburg, West Virginia, right off of I-81, and down Tavern Road. Since 2018, we have been proudly serving Berkeley, Jefferson, Morgan, and Hampshire Counties, as well as Loudon County, Virginia.”
